jpg changes on restart

when i reboot my computer my jpg resets to low i have to reset it to high>
What could be causing this problem. Thanks Tony
 
Just a question: do you have a graphic program installed on your computer
that allows you to manipulate the compression of .jpg files?
 
i Have no ideal my color quality is what changes on restart and my common
files folder pops up to Thanks tony
