Jpeg Picture saving problem

Please advise me on how to save any picture as a jpeg as
my Windows XP ONLY give me the bitmap option. Is ther
anything I can do to save as jpegs PLEASE HELP ASAP

I have same problem all of a sudden. Go to what site?
When I go to the hot mail.com address there is nothing
about this at bottom????

I also have this problem of saving pictures downloaded from my mobile phone. When I save them they convert to bmp, what do I have to do to keep them as jpeg
