jpeg in mail folder to non mail folder

I'm having trouble moving photos sent to me from windows mail to any non
windows mail folder on my computer. Can anyone help?

You needn't "move" anything.
Just save the attached photo to whatever folder you wish.

If attached,
If the message is open, right-click on the attachment , select Save As.. or
Save All..
If the message is closed, click on the paperclip in the Preview Pane, select
Save Attachments
or highlight the message & click on File - Save Attachments

If embedded, right-click on the photo, select Save Picture As..
