I have a number of journal entries made in Office Professional 2003. I want
someone who does not have this applicaton to see it. I see a viewer download
for XP Tablet PC but not specifically for Office 2003. Advice sought

You want them to see your Journal folder? Unless they, too, use Outlook, it
can't be done. If that's not what you mean, can you restate?

Much thanks for your timely reply. I want to email my journal entries to
someone else who does not have Office. There are sometimes viewer downloads
so that others can see the items but not to edit. Is there a download
available?

I don't know of any Journal viewer. Have you tried exporting your Journal
folder to a file?
