Journal Conflicts

Is there a size limitation to Journals in Outlook 2003? I have a user who
is getting a message:

Multiple edits have been made to "Journal name". The conflicting edits have
been attached to a conflict message in "Journal name".

What does that conflict message say or have attached to it? It appears more
an conflict issue in the Journal than a size limitation.
Can new Journal entries be created?

When the button "open message in conflict" is pressed it opens the Journal.
This one journal is shared out and multiple users can access it and add to
it. Instead of creating multiple journals the users just add time lines
within th journal.

The problem isn't happening today and yesterday was the first time ever.
Not a critical issue.

Is there a size limitation? The journal is 106MB.

I'm not aware of a size limitation that would be so low. I'd say it's that
multiple users are accessing it and that has resulted in conflicts.
