Journal Question?

Is there a way to make the "Journal" in Outlook a little less business like
and more like a Log or Diary? it asks for "start time, end time"
...."Importance"... "Phone log time" etc... I just want my journal to be like
.... "this happened to me today" or "this happened at this time"...?
 
You don't have to put in any information that you don't want to. Just enter
subject and notest if you prefer.
