Hi all,

While trying to use the journal from outlook 2007 to record events, I notice
that the only item i can automatically record is 'meeting cancellation'.
I can't record office file, email, task and so on ...
Any idea where it is coming from how i can change that ? I've just
reinstalled outlook but nothing has changed.

Thanks

Hi! I've been having the same problem with my new users, only that we are
using Office 2003, and instead of 'meeting cancellation', the only item i
can automatically record is Telephone call.
Please help!!

Was outlook installed with office 2007? Office file depends on the same
versions of outlook and office. All of the email options should be
recordable though, so the problem may lie somewhere else.
