John Doe on behalf on Mary Smith

Our users all have access to a general sales inbox. When they reply the from
line indicates Mary Smith. However the Inbox shows John Doe on behalf on
Mary Smith. How can we change so only the name Mary Smith shows up? We are
using Exchange 2003 Enterprise.

I believe the delegate must have Owner permission to the mailbox.
