Send email from one account, showing it came from another

Hello,

We are sending out press releases and our PR Manager (say, John Smith)
is giving our PR intern the duty of configuring and sending out these
messages. When we send out these press releases we want the PR
managers name to show up in the "From" section, not the Interns name
(because he has his own email address setup in Outlook).

In Exchange we have allowed the PR intern to send messages on behalf
of the PR manager, but in the "From" section it shows up as, "PR
Intern on behalf of John Smith". Is there any way we can have the PR
intern send messages for John Smith and show they are from John Smith?
We want to do this without giving the intern access to John's Mailbox.

Regards,

Aaron

The delegate needs "Send As" permission, not "Send on Behalf of" permission.

Thank you for the reply. I have made this change in Exchange. Is there
anything else I need to check besides "Send As" permissions? When I
attempt to send the message now it gives me an error saying, "You do
not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance..."

I have attempted to send to multiple addresses at multiple domains
including our own. I have also disabled "Send On Behalf of".

Regards,

Aaron

Now you're asking an Exchange question, and I can't answer it. Sorry.
