I accidentally deleted the Jdbgmgr.exe file. I need this
file for a C++ class I am taking, Does anyone know where I
can download it from?

Deleted Jdbgmgr.exe.
Jdbgmgr.exe is not a virus. It is a Microsoft® Debugger Registrar for Java.

To retreive the delted flle and solve the problem, perform the steps given
below:

1. Click Start
2. Click Run
3. Type sfc /scannow and press enter.
4. Follow the onscreen instruction to complete.
5. Restart the system.
