It only take a few minutes to install, and if it doesn't work it can be
easily un-installed.

No need to uninstall... JBOTS DO work automatically with FP 2003! Yeah, they got one right.....unfortunately XARA menu builder version 3 does not work, and I have to spend another 75 bucks to buy version 4 to work with FP 2003. Do you think Bill Gates and President Xara are buddies or what??? And where is the easy DHTML menu builders FP 2003 promised us in their previews????

I found that some of the features did not work in FP2003 -eg.,
'greetings-time of day'. Webs Unlimited say that there is a fresh download
available which will cure this. However, the new download will not install,
I just get a message saying: 'Error reading setup initialization file'. I
have tried to install it on two separate computers (each with XP) - have
installed the old one first, disabled antivirus programmes etc., but without
success. Fortunately I kept a copy of the old version which will install -
at least I can get most of the features.
Has anyone else experienced this?

As explained in response to your support request the problem is not related
to the J-Bots but to your machine and the downloaded file. We use the
Windows Installer 2.0 technology and perhaps that is corrupt on your
systems.
