JavaSript - IE 6

Web pages with JavaSript are not downloading completely;
also hyperlinks are do not respond.

Have submitted problem previously. No spyware, parasites;
temp files and cookies are deleted; no virus etc. Have
removed Google toolbar, Furl tool bar.

When computer is shut down and rebooted, 'problem' is
resolved, but returns after hour or more on Internet.
Also, when shutting down, 'End Now' window appears.

Anyone know what is cause/fix?

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
