In add/remove programs, I have J2 se runtime environment 5.0 updates 9, 10 +
11.
I just installed Java TM se runtime environment 6, update 11.
Should I delete the entries prior to the newest(6, update 1) or leave as is?

Uninstall, via Add or Remove Programs, ALL java versions except the most current
Java 6 Update.

Every time there is a Java update from Sun, after you install it, manually uninstall
the prior version as it has security vulnerabilities that the latest version will
fix. Sun still has not got their act together on setting this up automatically or
at least prompting the user to do so, even though they have been pestered about it
for some time.
