do you mean you can't "download any javascript, please help" or you can't
"download javascript help (information)"
Most likely javascript processing is turned off in your browser. For
Internet Explorer, got to Tools/Internet Options. Select the Security tab,
be sure Internet is highlighted in the upper window, click the Custom
Level.... button.
Scroll almost all the way down, in the heading Scripting/Active Scripting,
select Enable or Prompt. OK OK, and any webpages you visit that have
javascript in them should work.
