Java script that opens a new window, always takes over 2 minutes to work

Hello

Lately, whenever I click on a link that opens a new pop-up
window, my processor gets busy and the new window opens up
only after 1-3 minutes of waiting [this doesn't happen if
I right-click and select "open in a new window". In the
past, I didn't have this problem. Is there a way to fix
this?

I would truly appreciate any suggestions about this.

try this first close all browser windows.
then - Start > run > cmd

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

you should get a pop up message something like registering urlmon.dll
succeded.

then try opening links again.
