If you still think that the answer for your problem is Java then here it
goes, but believe me the answer not on the user side it is the website,
websites updates their contents every week if not every day as some do.
Click Start >> Control panel >> Network and Internet Connections >> Internet
Options.
On the IE Properties window click Security Tab then click Custom Level
Button.
On the Security Settings see these options:
[$] ActiveX Controls and plug-ins
[$] Download signed ActiveX controls
( ) Disable
( ) Enable
(*) Prompt
[$] Download unsigned ActiveX controls
(*) Disable
( ) Enable
( ) Prompt
[$] Intilaize and script ActivX...........
( *) Disable
( ) Enable
( ) Prompt
[$] Run ActiveX controls marked as safe for scripting
( ) Disable
(*) Enable
( ) Prompt
[$] Script ActiveX Controls and Plug-Ins
( ) Admini
(* ) Enable
( ) Disable
( ) Prompt
[£] Download
( ) Disable
(* ) Enable
( ) Prompt
[$] Scripting
[$] Active Scripting
( ) Disable
(*) Enable
( ) Prompt
[$] Allow paste operations Via Script
( ) Disable
(*) Enable
( ) Prompt
[$] Scripting o Java applets
( ) Disable
(* ) Enable
( ) Prompt
Click Apply then click [OK]
Open the Run command and type these command:
regsvr32 Jscript.dll click [OK]
regsvr32 Cryptdlg.dll // / / /
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll Click [OK]
Reboot your machine and see if the Issue resolved.
HTH.
