If you still think that the answer for your problem is Java then here it
goes, but believe me the answer not on the user side it is the website,
websites updates their contents every week if not every day as some do.
Click Start >> Control panel >> Network and Internet Connections >> Internet
Options.
On the IE Properties window click Security Tab then click Custom Level
Button.
On the Security Settings see these options:
[$] ActiveX Controls and plug-ins
[$] Download signed ActiveX controls
( ) Disable
( ) Enable
(*) Prompt
[$] Download unsigned ActiveX controls
(*) Disable
( ) Enable
( ) Prompt
[$] Intilaize and script ActivX...........
( *) Disable
( ) Enable
( ) Prompt
[$] Run ActiveX controls marked as safe for scripting
( ) Disable
(*) Enable
( ) Prompt
[$] Script ActiveX Controls and Plug-Ins
( ) Admini
(* ) Enable
( ) Disable
( ) Prompt
[£] Download
( ) Disable
(* ) Enable
( ) Prompt
[$] Scripting
[$] Active Scripting
( ) Disable
(*) Enable
( ) Prompt
[$] Allow paste operations Via Script
( ) Disable
(*) Enable
( ) Prompt
[$] Scripting o Java applets
( ) Disable
(* ) Enable
( ) Prompt

Click Apply then click [OK]
Open the Run command and type these command:
regsvr32 Jscript.dll click [OK]
regsvr32 Cryptdlg.dll // / / /
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll Click [OK]
Reboot your machine and see if the Issue resolved.
HTH.

How do i know if java script is enabled sorry for my computer
illiteracy????

In Internet Explorer go to Tools > Options > Security. Scroll
down to JavaScript and enable it. Click OK.

If you're using Firefox, go to Options > Content to enable / disable
JavaScript.

Im sorry for all the hoopla nass I took your second piece of advice, I didnt
realize what this firefox thing was, but i know now and i used it and she
works like a charm I cant thank-you enough. And now i know where to go when
im out sledding tomorrow because i have a map!!!!!! THANKS

You are welcome, but be assured we will not give an answer can compromise
your security here.
If you gone Hay wire and enable your java settings, some java can be bad
news for your security if you allowed it to run on your computer (but not
all?).
Glad to hear you done and happy.
Good luck.
Regards,
nass
