java problems

Have new problem viewing looping images (satelliete and
radar) on noaa weather site.

Radar page error tells me to enable java. It seems to be
enabled on OPtions/advanced.

Tried reinstalling IE6 and got this--"msjava.dll not found
reintall might fix"


Saw a posting here that asked to to check on java and got
this on running wjview------"could not locate java
virtual machine: Class not registered"

Installed Sun's java-didn' fix.

Any suggestions anyone??
