Java problems

I went to the Microsoft support page,and found how to
remedy my problem,just not with my os of XP!I can play
games that require java,such as bejeweled,but cannot chat
in jave,in at@t chat,can anyone give me some tips?Thank

Download & install MS Virtual Machine Build 3805.
Then visit the Windows Update website to obtain the
security updated version (Build 3810).
