Java Problem

Hi, I have a JavaScript problem. My computer will not open any javascript
page on the Web. I have checked the (Microsoft VM) in internet options and
only the JiT compiler is ticked. I also have (Java Sun) installed but I have
unchecked it. I am running out of options can anyone please advice on what
to try next.



I am running XP pro

First, is your problem with Javascript, or Java - two very different beasts.

If you are accessing pages with Javascript (the source has lines similar
to -> <script language="javascript"> )
then be sure scripting is enabled in your browser
Tools/Properties/Security/Internet /Custom Level - scroll down to
Scripting/Active Scripting - select Enable or Prompt.
