Java plug-in

Recently my Java plug-in for IE6 stopped working. I uninstalled it then
reinstalled it and it only works on my administrator account. I tried
changing the other account types and installing it on them, but it made me
uninstall it first and then it only worked on which ever account I installed
it on. How do I get it to work on every account?
 
What? didnt you like Andrew.E's advice in your other post?
