Java Not Running in MSIE 6.0 WinXP

I can't figure out how to enable Java applets to run in
MSIE 6.0 on my (new) XP system. I run them on my Win2K
systems but the new XP system doesn't, and I see noplace
in "Internet Options" to set them up. Help! Please reply
by email to (e-mail address removed) since I may never find this
forum again. Thx!

The page I'm trying to run is
jmbcommunications.com/sxm.html I want to see the
scrolling forecast near the top of the page... (this is
my own site, but I can run Java nowhere on this XP
system).

Perform the following:

Download & install MS Virtual Machine Build 3805.
Then visit the Windows Update website to obtain the
security updated version (Build 3810).
