Java Issues

I have 1 website that will not allow me to enter because
of java settings
Even when I lower the security settings i still have no
luck.
I have tried to follow the steps in the troubleshooting
section but some of the suggestions they give do not
exist in the section ie:JIT Compiler for virtual machine
enabled (requires restart)

I need to acces this website so any suggestions on how to
fix this would be good
