Java/IE problem on XP

When I try to load a specific web page, instead of
certian controls appearing on the page, little coffe cup
logos appear. I think this is some sort of Java error,
but I can;t find any information on it....

Any odeas?

Yes, I think that's correct. But why is it appearing, and
why are the correct page elements not appearing instead?
I have the XP Java VM plug-in loaded...
