Java console icon missing in task bar

I once had the java console icon displayed on my task
bar. I believe I deleted it. I am know trying to get it
back.
 
Is it listed in Msconfig/Startup or under your run keys?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Control Panel> Java PlugIn. Mark the box to show the icon in the system
tray.
