Japanese XP IE Problem - Page not loading

Some user with Japanese XP version with preinstalled IE version 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633 with updates SP1; Q828750; Q330994; Q824145; Q832894 are facing problem accessing my intanet web site.

The page is not loading properly. I am calling function on page load its not triggering. I tried to see view source but the view source window is not opening. But when i refresh (F5) same page it is loading properly.

Does anyone knows how to fix it ? Any help much appreciated?

There may be several reasons .........

1) If a shortcut exists on the Desktop for Notepad, rename it.
2) Some users have reported Quick View Plus to be the culprit?

Close all instances of OE and IE
Control Panel | Internet Options | General tab | Delete Files button
Also select the option: "Delete all offline files"
Then click the "Clear History" button, while you're at it ......
Reset the TIF cache size to 50 mb. Click Apply\Ok

Make sure 'Do not save encrypted pages to disk' is unchecked
