Hello can anyone get me out of this situation :?:
I have a laptop with Windows 2000 installed but it is in Japanese, I
have tried the regional settings and cannot revert it back to English.
I cannot do a format as the laptop has no CD drive and I have not got
an external USB drive. Is it possible to change the language? I have a
flash pen so if there is an install for an english language set then I
can do it that way. Any information is a big help.

Cheers Phade

The Windows operating system is offered in distinct language versions.
You'll have to purchase a "Full English Version" of Windows, reformat the
hard drive and install the new language version.
