Japanese IME

I just loaded Microsoft 2003 on my new computer and I am still confused about
whether or not I have to download an a Japanese IME.

I don't think I do, but I can't figure out how to utilize the Japanese.

Can someone help?

If you are on Windows XP or 2K, then the IME is already part of Windows;
you just have to activate it in Regional Options. See my (very old) web
pages at http://www2.gol.com/users/pbw/jkeyb.htm and select the
appropriate Windows version.

If you are not on Win XP / 2K, then you can install the IME from the
Office 2003 disk.

Went into the Regional Settings and installed the East Asian language IME.
Appreciate the help.
