I've set the unit of measure to "inches" however the rulers don't.

I'm using Word 2002. I have set the unit of measure to "inches" however, the
rulers don't show in inches. The margins appear in inches, but the tabs
appear in "ch". I'm not sure how to get everything working consistently in
inches.
