I've got a virus on my Explorer...

Frustrated about a certain problem.

....Ok, I don't know how I ended up with it, but I got a
virus mixed in with my Internet Explorer that causes ad
pop-ups to appear randomly on my comp when I net-
surf. ...Worst still, for some reason it turns most ad
banners into ads for porn sites.

....I'm seriously considering Reinstalling Internet
Explorer or something similar..

Anyone got any advice?
