I've been hacked! I inadvertently opened the wrong eMail. As my
finger twitched on the mouse button that opened it, the flag went up
in my poor addled old brain, but alas it was too late! I immediately
deleted the message, just out of reflex...wrong reflex. This guy is
masterful, and I want to get him. Therefore, I would like to recover
the deleted eMail from OUTLOOK, is there a way?

If it's in your deleted items folder, you can get it.
But opening an e-mail doesn't get you hacked. Nor does opening an
attachment. That's not what hacking means.

Perhaps you could explain exactly what has led you to this conclusion.
