Hi
I've also posted this in the Apple discussion forums but thought I'd have a
go here just in case someone has any ideas and has experienced this issue
firsthand.
I have a brand new iPod Mini and was very dissapointed with the quality of
my music. I purchased 5 brand new CDs and I saved them to my PC and uploaded
to the mini using the default itunes setting of 128kbps. I'm using iTunes
4.6.0.15 and Windows XP Pro, SP2.
Many songs have some static or hiss interspersed throughout them.
I checked the quality of the CDs I was using and they sound perfect on my
Bose system. They also sound perfect on my PC when using ANY player EXCEPT
iTunes. This problem seems to get magnified when copied to the iPod. I do nt
think this is a problem with the iPod since the quality sounds as good as I
get via iTunes....it's a problem with iTunes.
Has anyone else experienced this problem or have ideas on how I can correct
it?
TIA
KIWI
