iTunes + Administrator rights

I have a user who wants to use iTunes. He doesn't have Administrator
rights on his Windows XP machine. I installed the program for him
using the Administrator account. But now he's having problems running
the program. Is it because he doesn't have Administrator rights? Is
the only way to run the program to let him have Administrator rights?

I don't believe that iTunes needs Admin rights, although similar
programs from Sony and Philips do.

What are the specific problems? It's hard to respond on this issue
without knowing what they are.

It's looks like iTunes is trying to update the Podcast but then it just
freezes.

Please don't cut out the message context - I don't use the crummy web
interface and can't see anything written before.

There could be all sorts of things wrong then. Have you tried on one of
Apple's forums? I think www.ipodlounge.com is the place.
