It's in Italian

When I install a new program, it is automatically coming up in Italian
rather than English. The regional settings are correct, any other ideas out
there?

Perhaps you acquired an "Italian version" rather than an "English version'
of the program in question?

No worries I found the problem it was in the advanced section of the Regional
settings.
