Item showing up twice in Outlook 2003 Navigation Pane

Just moved from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003, and here's something I don't
understand: In the Navigation Pane, things are showing up double. For
example, two instances of "Personal Folders (myname)" appear in the "All Mail
Folders" subpane of the Navigation Pane when I'm in Mail. And both entries
refer to the same file -- I checked in Properties on the shortcut menu for
both of them. BTW, this is the same file I used for years in Outlook 2000, if
that has anything to do with it.

Make a new profile and it should fix it. If you will never need to use the
pst with outlook 2002 or older, import the contents of your pst into the new
pst. If you imported the old pst so you could use the new pst format - add
it to the profile and set it as the default pst.
