it won't let me delete this file

on Win XP it says the movi .avi file is being used by
another program, cant' delete/move/rename/run anything.
restarting doesn't work and I can't delete is from safe
mode. there a way around this?

I have the same problem! I even took my hard disk to a
friend, connected it as a slave trying to delete this
file, but I didn't work either!!! :(
