It freezes

Running MSAS program in safe mode, it freezes on the file
UDFRCHK.EXE

It has something to do with Roxio Easy CD Creator, I would try enable hidden
files and empty my temp directory.

Are you using this IMHO buggy program ?

If not uninstall it.

This is a bug appcompat issue that Bill must collect.
