Istsvc.exe and http://search.xrenoder.com/

my I.E has been infected by istsvc.exe and everytime i
restart I.E , it will redirect me to
http://search.xrenoder.com/
although i have remove the program files/istsvc folder
but my i.e. still keep going to http://search.xrenoder.com/
please let me know how to stop this auto-redict in I.E
