ISTbar security warning can it be blocked?

Is there any way of blocking the ISTbar security warning from always
popping up, like a hosts file entry or something else?
http://www.anysonglyrics is one site where it shows up. All this type
of crap is called" Internet Explorer-Security Warning" and can't be
easily blocked from popping up. There should be better laws to prevent
this sort of stuff from even trying to add itself to my computer.
