Issues with open/save prompt for downloads

You know how when you click on a download link a prompt
window pops up asking you if you want to save or download
the file? Well somehow, my browser got set so that it
automatically opens the file instead of giving me the
save option. How do I fix this? Thanks.
 
You fix it by reading and heeding the two responses from the last time
you asked.
