Issues with migrating Access 2003 to Access 2007

Good Day All;

This question may have been asked many times, I just have not been able to
find it.

Does anyone know if there are any issues with migrating from MS Access 2003
to MS Access 2007? If so, is there any documentation out there I could
reference.
