I am using Outlook/Office 2003.
I recently took over this computer from a co worker, and whenever I compose
a new message, in the "TO" field, the first letter I enter, brings up all the
previous names and address that the coworker had emailed to. for example: i
want to send an email to (e-mail address removed), when i click "J" the drop down
window opens up and theres janet@msn,jlaw@aol,jessie@idon'tcare.com, so and
and so on..
HOW DO I CLEAR THESE NAMES OR LIST FROM POPPING UP???
SOMEONE PLEASE ADVISE.....

So you're using the same Outlook account your coworker did?
You can either highlight using the arrow key each entry you don't want to
use and then use the delete key, or turn off the name suggestions completely
using Tools > Options.
