issue with xp sp2 install fixed?

had serious issues with installing 5.13 ccc with clean install of xp pro sp2
05 edition...has this issue been fixed in new drivers?
 
What were the issues? You have .NET framework 1.1 installed, right? (.NET
2.0 isn't a substitute; you need 1.1)
