Issue with my admin/limited account

I tried to install a software from a cd-rom and was asked to do so from my
admin account.
After installation the program shows in start menu and on the desktop as
shortcat, I can open it from either location but when I log in a limited
account it shows nowhere.
I'm almost never surfing through or even logging in an admin account for
security reasons, how I can use this (and other similar) programs through a
limited account?

Thanks for a quick reply

Add a shortcut of your program into the C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\Start Menu\Programs

If you have others on your computer that you do not want to have access to
the program instead of clicking on the all users, click on the name of your
limited account. c:\documents and settings\your account name\start
menu\programs

Copy the shortcut to your "All Users" or the actual account you do use
desktop/start menu...
(With your admin account.)

C:\Documents and Settings\
