ISP upgrade

My ISP is Peganet. When I got my new Dell with Windows Vista, I called and
spoke with their tech support. They said not to use the CD I had (from 9
years ago), but to go to their website & download. They only have downloads
for Windows 3.1, 95 and 98. Since then, I cannot contact them by phone and
obviously cannot get email responses. Would the W98 download work with
Windows Mail in Vista? What ISP's are current with the Vista operating
system? All I have right now is dial-up. Thanks for any info!

You shouldn't have to install anything an ISP provides. Sometimes they
provide some software, but it's usually not required.

I found some instructions here, for Outlook Express... follow them, as
Windows Mail is similar.
