That can add, delete, change files in a .iso image?
And works in Windows XP?

Yes, I downloaded it last night when I wanted to try changing a .ISO around
to my likes.

But it is not freeware and has limits as to file size it will handle.
Thanks to all that have helped so far.

You could try cdmage, or isobuster version 0.99.
