ISDN Problem

I have an ISDN modem with ISDN line, through which iam
trying to connect from remote location.But when i dial the
following error come: "TCP/IP CP reported error 733: your
computer could not establish the connection to remote
computer." I checked with Micrsoft Knowledgebase, in which
they mentioned to to disable Negotiate multi-link for
single link connections option,but that doesn't work.
Any other solution???????????
