I'm afraid that you cannot.

The beta, and, likely, the final product, is available only for Windows
2000, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003.

All the advice, and some of the third-party products referenced at:

http://www.microsoft.com/protect

are relevant to your version of windows, though.
