Is Tracking only for the person sending the invites?

Is Tracking only for the person sending the invites or the people receiving
them also.

Can we make it so everybody can view the Tracking of how many attendees come
accpet the meeting.

Right now it looks like only the meetings I invite people, I can see the
tracking information, but when others invite me to a meeting, I can't see the
tracking.

only the sender (organizer) sees tracking. You'd need to send others a list
or screenshot if they need to see it.
