who-knows-how-many dead newsgroups or purposefully-mislabelled web
pages, rather than asking one question where I knew there were
knowledgable people who could answer it. I see...

Making one post to get a solution assumes that others are willing to
provide said solution. So far, all I've seen you do is make snide
remarks. (Susan Bugher, OTOH, has been quite helpful; thank you, Ms.
Bugher.)

The newsgroup you probably seek is called
alt.usenet.offline-reader.forte-agent

Another lesser-used one is
alt.usenet.offline-reader.forte-agent.modified

Check if your ISP carries at least the first one.
