Is this possible with rules?

I manage a few email addresses at work which I am responsible for. I
am using Outlook 2007 with my main account as Google Apps IMAP account
and four other email accounts forwarded to my main IMAP account. I
have setup the other four accounts as POP accounts in Outlook with a
send only in send/receive settings. This way when a email comes into
my IMAP account from one of the POP accounts I can use "send from" in
Outlook to avoid "on behave of" which I get when using Google Apps.

My question is, is it possible to setup a rule that will automatically
recognize that the email was sent to a certain email address and
select the corresponding POP account to send it from. That way I do
not have to manually select the account every time I reply to an email
which was sent to a specific email address?
